Start of the 2010 season for Dan Linfoot, Christian Iddon and Pat McDougall

For 2010 StoneBaker Racing is sponsoring three riders in the British Superbike Championship. Dan Linfoot, Christian Iddon and Pat McDougall.

Following British Supersport in 2009 Dan has signed for his second year with premier team Rob Mac Racing Yamaha and will make the step up to compete his first full Superbike season.

Christian has made the decision to move from supermoto and focus on his short circuit racing career in 2010. C

Christian Iddon finishes the British Supermoto season in style before heading out to Australia

Christian raced the final round of the British Supermoto Championship in Kirkistown today. Although having won the Championship before this round, Christian wanted to finish the season in style and did just that with pole from qualifying followed by three race wins in the three races. Christian Iddon races the final British Supermoto Championship round of the season this weekend.

Having won the British Supermoto Championship for 2009 before this last round of the season, Christian can relax a little and enjoy the event at Kirkistown this coming weekend. Having said that there is no doubt that Christian will want the wins the same as ever.

Today we can release the news that we have signed with Rob Mac Racing to contest the 2010 BSB season in a two man team with Neil Hodgson. It's great news and a wonderful opportunity. The BSB website coverage of the news is:

Gino and Ten Kate Honda start the last race of the WSBK Superstock 600 Championship this coming weekend at Portimao, with a 3 point championship lead from second place man Daniel Petrucci. Pat McDougall's race win thwarted by pace car at Oulton Park

Pat and Beowulf Racing finished their season in the British Superstock 600 Championship in style. Having qualified 5th on the grid Pat made a strong start in the difficult wet conditions, taking the lead during the first lap. Christian Iddon riding the SMT Superstock 1000 bike, had a great weekend at BSB Oulton Park. This was Christian's first race in British Superstock 1000 and he proved a point to himself and to the paddock that he has the ability to be a future winner in 1000cc Superstock and Superbike racing.

Dan and Rob Mac Racing raced the three British Superbike Championship races at Oulton Park this weekend with Dan continuing to progress and make the transition from Supersport to Superbike. In the three races Dan finished 19th, 17th and then 15th therefore scoring his first Superbike point of his career. The first of many to come over future seasons.

Dan and Rob Mac Racing will have three races in the British Superbike Championship with one on Saturday and two on Sunday. As at Silverstone this is an opportunity for Dan to gain experience on Superbikes before a winter testing programme and then a planned full BSB season in 2010.

Dan Linfoot and Rob Mac Racing finished the World Supersport Race in Magny Cours in 15th this weekend after a hard fought but enjoyable weekend.
