Pat McDougall and Christian Iddon ride at a sunny Donington today in preparation for the next BSB round

Christian is racing five rounds of the BSB KTM RC8 Supercup over three events this season as part of his "short circuit" racing. The first of these events is Donington on the weekend of 25th May when rounds 4 and 5 of the championship will be raced. In preparation Christian used today's Focused Events track day to ride the RC8 at the Donington circuit.
Pat also used today's track day to prepare for the Donington round of the BSB British Superstock 600 Championship which he is leading after the first two rounds. Pat and the Beowulf Racing team are pleased with the race setup they developed today. The bike ran well and on used tyres Pat was only 0.5s seconds off last year's pole time which bodes well for the race weekend.
