Opening day at Cadwell for Dan Linfoot and Pat McDougall

Today was the first day of the 9th BSB event of the season at Cadwell Park. Dan, Pat and also Christian will be racing this weekend but Christian's RC8 Supercup event starts tomorrow.
Dan had 2 practice sessions today and focused on bike setup including a move away from the "gas forks" that Dan had been using since Snetterton and the introduction of "traction control". The first session saw Dan 10th fastest and in the second session Dan finished the session in 9th. Tomorrow sees 2 qualifying sessions before the British Supersport Championship race on Monday at 15.45 on Eurosport.
Pat had 1 practice session and his first qualifying session today qualifying 12th prior to final qualifying tomorrow at 12.10pm. Pat will be pushing for a higher grid position for the British Superstock 600 Championship race at 14.05 Monday on Eurosport.
