Gino Rea qualifies on the second row in 7th for tomorrow's WSBK Superstock 600 race at Monza

In qualifying this afternoon Gino and the Ten Kate Honda team, achieved a good second row start position in 7th for tomorrow's WSBK Superstock 600 Championship race at Monza. As Gino reacquaints himself with the circuit he is achieving faster times each session. With this in mind and also taking into account Gino's usual lightning starts, it seems likely that Gino will be fighting for the strong points finish that he has targetted from this round. Although Monza was unlikely to suit the Honda CBR600 in Superstock trim (see previous news items), a good points finish will enable Gino to defend his Championship lead.
The race is tomorrow (Sunday) at 14.30 CET and we understand that it is likely to be shown live on Eurosport 2 and will be streamed live from the WSBK website.
