Gino Rea on the podium in 2nd place at Spa Francorchamps, Dutch Superbike round

Gino raced in his 2nd round of Dutch Superbikes today at Spa Francorchamps in Belgium, for the Duntep team.
Starting from 9th on the grid (see qualifying news yesterday), Gino made his trademark lightning start and was into the lead in the first corner. Gino was passed on the exit but managed to get back past on the first lap. Leading for 2 laps, Gino overshot the last chicane and ran off track. Gino was pushed back to 5th. Swapping positions the whole race, Rea passed Gareth Jones on the final chicane of the final lap to finish a close 2nd to winner Raymond Schouten.
