18-06-2009

Dan races in the BSB British Supersport Championship this weekend at Snetterton. In the run up to the event:

Last Sunday: Dan, Tom Bridewell and Dan Cooper get the opportunity to take time Jetskiing near Bournemouth

Monday: Dan joins a group including Josh Brooks training with fitness expert Julian Clark including a 35 mile mountain bike ride

Tuesday: The group is joined by Leon Camier and they spend the day cycling, motocross riding and circuit training. In Dan's words: "I had a great trip, I really enjoyed every minute of it. Today we were being filmed by a TV crew to go onto the BSB website in the TV section at the bottom of the homepage. We cycled 20 miles to the beach, did some circuit training on the beach, then went motocrossing! The MX was great, very physical, but great fun and something which I would like to keep on doing to improve at."

Wednesday: At home to prepare and pick up the caravan and then drive to Snetterton to be in the paddock in the evening.

Today (Thursday): Finish setting up in the paddock, help with the set up of the Rob Mac Racing garage and then over to Motorpoint in Peterborough for the public event this evening.

Tomorrow the racing starts for Dan at 9.30am with his first practice session.
