Dan gains 20 points from his strong 2nd place finish in today's British Supersport Championship race at Donington Park. Dan had a moderate start from 2nd place on the grid and fell back to 6th before working his way back to 3rd over the first lap. Dueling with 2nd place Paul Young Dan passed and chased after Hudson Kennaugh in the lead. Hudson was not able to maintain his pace and Dan, Paul Young and Steve Plater passed to start an exciting three way duel over 10 laps not being decided until the final lap with Steve Plater First, Paul Young second and Dan third. Paul Young was then disqualified for an underweight bike moving Dan into 2nd. The 20 points moves Dan up to 3rd in the Championship and sets up another exciting race at Thruxton next weekend.
