Dan Linfoot mountain bike training this weekend with a group including Rob McElnea, Graeme Gowland and James Westmoreland at Dalby Forest

Rob McElnea organised a mountain bike training session in Dalby Forest today. In Dan's words:
"I have just left Dalby Forest, stopped and had food with Graeme (Gowland) before leaving. We did 23.7miles in absolutely gruelling terrain, we are all shattered!"
