Dan Linfoot breaks left foot during qualifying today

Dan and Rob Mac Racing had the first qualifying session this morning for the BSB British Supersport Championship at Snetterton. Dan was 2nd on the provisional grid and running under the lap record but unfortunately suffered a "high side" crash at Sear corner landing on his foot and breaking four bones.
Dan is now at Norwich hospital for evaluation. There will be a decision whether to operate now in which case Dan will stay at Norwich hospital, or whether to allow the swelling to subside first in which case Dan will transfer to Leeds hospital later today.
They are unfortunately significant, painful fractures and Dan will be deciding the best / quickest way forward with specialists over the coming days. Updates will be on this website.
